Dr. Nawaf Obaid is currently a Commissioner at the Commission on International Justice & Accountability (CIJA).

Dr. Obaid has a Bachelors Degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. He began his doctoral coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Political Science Department and completed an MPhil & DPhil in the Department of War Studies at King's College, London University.
